Cut List for all 3 pieces (couch, and 2 chairs).

  • 6 2x3's @ 24" Front of arms

  • 6 2x3's @ 30" Back of arms

  • 4 2x3's @28.5" Front/back cross pieces

  • 2 2x3's @28.5" back top cross piece

  • 6 2x3's @27.5" for the side pieces front to back

  • 3 2x3's @57" for the couch cross pieces and top back piece

  • 18 1x3's @27.5 for the arm slats

  • 6 1x3's @ 28.5" for the back slats of chairs

  • 3 1x3's @57" for the back slats of the couch

Process

I have a process video that shows the steps and process here:

I started by making all my cuts and marking each pieces and then placing them in piles for each piece, 2 chair piles and 1 couch pile.

Then I put pocket holes in all the cross pieces for the seat and the front and back of the seat in each piece. LOTS OF POCKET HOLES so grab a coke and turn on the tunes and get to work!

Then I assembled the arms with glue and 2" screws.

Next I assembled the cross pieces for the 2 chairs and the couch.

Then came the seats with the same process glue and 2" screws.

Then I attached all the slats I used 1.5" screws for this part!

Then sand and paint or stain and you're done! If you hate the pocket holes showing you can buy plugs or fill with Bondo before you finish them.

Thank you so much for checking out the plan and watching the process!!
